We offer franchises in Canada since 1990 and in that time we have fifty franchises, including two in Quebec for several years, in the Gatineau region. We are the only dollar store chain offering franchises in Quebec!

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Initial Franchise Fee: $ 25,000
  • Leasehold improvements, equipment, fixtures, building signs etc. : About $ 150,000 for a store of about 3,500 square-5,000pieds
  • Inventories approximately $ 100,000
  • Working capital, we suggest approximately $ 25,000
  • A total of 250 000 to 300 000 USD

You will need at least $ 75,000 in down payment and have a net worth (your assets minus your liabilities) of at least $ 400,000, alone or with partners. We do not offer financing directly, but can help qualified candidates to get to know the Canadian banks.
