Smoke's Poutinerie is a the first and only quick-service restaurant with such a broad menu exclusive to Poutine. Poutine is a Canadian specialty with fries, cheese and dressing. 'Poutine' is the French word for 'mess'. According to the legend, Poutines were invented when a guest ordered fries with curd cheese in a restaurant in Quebec.

At Smoke's Poutinerie, we add fresh toppings like beef, chicken, veggies, pork and a wide selection of sauces to the classic Poutines. Of course, our golden fries are hand-cut and made fresh on daily basis. Our menu includes twenty different types of Poutines.

For events of any kind, we offer great catering with our Poutinerie on wheels.

We have given Canada's unofficial meal an ultimate makeover with new, crazy ideas like Eggs Benedict Poutines or Philly cheese steak Poutines. Our meals are mostly priced under $10, which attracts young customers.
