Barney has been broker/owner of Re/Max Crossroads Realty Inc. since 1980. Previous to Re/Max he was the top listing salesperson and selling salesperson for his former office and it`s franchise district. He uses this experience and success to help coach his current and new salespeople. He is a strong believer in goal setting, MBO (Management by Objectives) and teamwork as well as a preacher of "real estate is your career; not your life!"
