Some people have a lifetime of real estate experience under their belt, but Stephen Lilly has three lifetimes under his. Stephen’s father was a real estate agent. His father’s father owned a brokerage. And so it came to pass that the “real estate gene” continues unabated in Stephen, who has studied under many gurus who have taught him the skills needed to serve clients well. Before he came to his natural calling of commercial real estate, he met vast success in “flipping” homes. Now, Stephen uses his multi-generational real estate knowledge, negotiation experience, and persistence to put together agent-intimidating commercial deals.

Stephen is commercially recognized with the Toronto Real Estate Board, RE/MAX and prior to that Century 21. Having sat as the president for the Windsor Toastmasters, the VP of Education for the Tecumseh area Toastmasters, on the board of directors for the Vesna Festival and Ukraine Day in the Park, participated in TREB’s Leadership and Communication committees, it is clear that Stephen is not just a strategist and a problem solver, but someone who cares deeply about his community, his craft, and his heritage. He takes part in community blood donor clinics, loves martial arts and dancing, and has two wonderful children.
