Projects and solutions oriented professional, Javier is a flexible leader, who can adapt to situations and develop respect and trust in a transaction. Javier counts 16 years of experience in the combustible and transport industries where he worked since 1988. In 1992 Javier established his own transport company in Guadalajara, Mexico and managed to negotiate and secure the representation of TXS Lubricants from Arkansas as their exclusive Mexican Dealer in the year 2000. He participated in planning and implementing the ISO 9001:2000 certification for his company in 2004. He is also the founder of Atlantic Global Trade Inc., a Montreal based firm, to develop market opportunities for Canadian companies overseas. His core competencies include Project Management, Logistics, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management and Strategic Planning. Javier earned a MBA degree in 2006 from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
