Founded in 2002 by Ghassan Fares in Montreal, Canada. Jidar has developed an administration and management expertise that is rooted in deep understanding of the market. This expertise is supported by the corresponding skills of our partners - legal and technical - who are all leading practitioners in their respective areas and bring the complementary levels of professionalism to Jidar experience.
Over the years, the company has developed a vast network of contacts, as many business people as investors. The company's network of contacts was particularly developed in 2003 when its founder was in the Middle East and the Gulf region to sell, develop and set-up a Canadian Café franchise concept, mainly in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Also in 2008, the founder had opened and managed a real estate company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. While at the same time, the company was doing business in Canada since its establishment day until today with the same enthusiasm and where a lot of files have been treated and completed with big success.
