I am a full time real estate agent. I began my real estate career over ten years ago and absolutely love it! I take pride in finding my clients the perfect home for their needs no matter how long that takes. I am able to match families to homes with a great deal of skill. I listen carefully, study the market, and make sure we don't miss a beat when searching for that perfect home.
Another strength I bring to the table is my expert negotiation skills. I taught negotiations at business schools for over 5 years. Currently, I am in the final stages of completing my Ph.D. dissertation on negotiations. I fight hard and effectively for my clients using the most appropriate strategy for each situation.
Marketing is an art. I have mastered the technique of advertising and targeting ads to attract the right buyers to your home. This skill increases the chances of a successful sale. I taught marketing and strategy for 11 years at the university level. I apply the effective and creative advertising techniques for every house I list.
My listings receive the best presentation possible with professional photographs, virtual tours, and web presence (if desired by client). In certain situations, I recommend staging the home. Sometimes stagging is exactly what is needed to expect the top dollar from buyers.
