Clancy Hoy has called this community home for nearly 15 years – all that time helping hundreds of business owners maximize the potential of their business as a radio commercial writer, an advertising salesperson and as a Sales and Marketing Manager. He is proud to be working with the premier business brokerage in Canada, Sunbelt Business Brokers, as a Sales Representative.

Clancy holds his real estate licence from the Real Estate Council of Ontario, passing three pre-registration exams with an average grade of 94%. He is also a member of The International Business Broker’s Association.

He has been, and is, involved in the community on many levels including Member at Large for “Growing Up Great” a summer literacy program with the City of Ottawa Public Library, United Way Employee Engagement Co-Ordinator, neighbourhood rink volunteer, Little League Coach, various fundraising committees and most recently on the Executive of his children’s school’s Parent Council.
