Having been a licensed real estate professional for 30 years, I have the in-depth knowledge of trends and issues that will not only protect you but also provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions. My professional resume includes being President of both the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Ottawa Real Estate Board, and having sat on many committees both at the municipal, regional and associative levels, including Economic Development, Business Improvement, various Task Forces and Directorships, to name just a few.

I pride myself on good communication and follow-up skills. If you have to buy/sell right away or you're just starting the process, I'll be sure to set you up with the information you need, when you need it.

If you're just starting to consider listing, I understand you may be talking to a number of agents. I'll be happy to provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of my sales experience and marketing approach. I'm a full service Broker and will give excellent value and will help you achieve your goals professionally and competently.

If you are considering buying I prefer a written contract with Buyers. This ensures I can commit to spend the time and resources necessary to service your needs. This contract doesn't have to be signed on first contact but will be presented for your consideration once we start to work together.
