What do you think is the single most important quality you look for in your real estate sales representative? If your answer is service, I am the one for you!
When I first set out into the real estate world to become a sales representative, I wrote down the foundations of my career to be Trust, Service, and Excellence.
I understand that trust is earned over time and on jobs well done, but it all begins with your interest in me as a real estate professional. (So hey, thanks for coming to my website! ) I take my duties as a real estate professional very seriously. My unrelenting loyalty rests with my client and I go out everyday into the competitive housing market to fight for my client's best interest while I remain friendly and fair to thirds parties that I come across.
The key to my service is hard work plus good communication. I will never slowdown the scheduling of your viewings or negotiations because I want to go to a dance night or a hockey game (Hell no!). And I promise to stay in touch throughout the transaction as well as after closing to reduce your stress dealing with real estate transaction (very stressful indeed) and make sure we stay on top of things.
