The renovated restaurant will be located inside the George Dawson Inn Hotel, which boasts 80 guest rooms. The existing hotel restaurant, which is now closed, will be upgraded and reopened under the new branding.

The hotel is located on a major highway which connects to “Mile 0” of the Alaska Highway. The City of Dawson Creek has a population of approximately 12,000 and features a diverse community rich with arts, culture, outdoor recreation opportunities and breathtaking landscape. Dawson Creek offers a full range of locally owned restaurants, boutique shopping, big box stores, quality accommodation and warm, friendly locals.

This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneur with restaurant experience (preferred) looking to own their own restaurant.

An upgraded facility, the investment of $450,000, plus any applicable taxes, includes fixtures, fittings, equipment, training, and the franchise fee.
