For more than 25 years, Denis has transacted numerous sales of businesses, primarily in the foodservice industry. Having been brought up in the restaurant business through the family restaurant, and having owned a chain of restaurants, he has a wealth of experience in this field. Since joining Sunbelt, Denis can use this experience in negotiations and apply them to any type of business.
Denis has graduated from McGill University with a PhD. In Biochemistry, a post doctorate at the University of Nottingham and for the last 26 years has taught hotel and restaurant management at LaSalle College.
In addition, he is a life-time member of the Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals and has earned a CFE (Certified Food Executive).
