With almost 10 years’ experience in acquisitions, Gonzalo has advised dozens of entrepreneurs, financial buyers and corporate clients in negotiations for the sale or purchase of privately owned companies. Corporate clients include manufacturers, distributors, service companies, importers, exporters, high-tech and professional organizations in such diverse industries as marketing, food, construction, entertainment, hospitality, health and cosmetics.
Prior to his M&A career, Gonzalo experienced as an entrepreneur, the sale, purchase and merger of his own companies, where he acquired the ability to understand the challenges facing both buyers and sellers from their own perspective. This has proven an invaluable tool in managing expectations and in facilitating smooth and successful transactions.
Gonzalo earned an MBA from McGill University and a CBI accreditation (Certified Business Intermediary) from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
