Sunil is a Real Estate Associate with over 5 years’ experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Sunil has vigorously educated himself on the tips and tricks of negotiation, deal structuring, leasing, land development and landlord & tenant representation. During his time so far with Avenue Commercial I have help lease out brand new strip malls, helped managed Industrial properties and have done deals with national clients such as Meineke, Various Doctors, Domino’s, Esso, Mac’s convenience store and many more. Prior to joining Avenue Commercial, Sunil was licensed with RE/MAX where he was recognized with a few awards during his career there.
