A proven leader in the financial arena, Dwight Lester has held key positions in several industries, including gaming, media, entertainment, and financial services. His areas of expertise include financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting; cost control and budgeting; tactical and strategic planning; benchmarking; and financial governance structures.

Dwight Lester combines process improvement strategies, coaching, and a team-oriented leadership approach to produce positive results, both in reporting and operations. Dwight Lester received an Associate degree in business from Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton. He also earned a Certificate in Management Development from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. In addition, Dwight Lester completed credentials as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) at Australia’s Institute of Certified Management Accountants and is Certified in Management (C.I.M.) from the Canadian Institute of Management in Toronto.
