Achieved the status of "TOP 21 IN CANADA" in the first half of 2011 for Century 21 as well as numerous Centurian award status over multiple years. Sold, leased or managed over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate, valued at close to One Billion dollars, in a career spanning 28 years.

Joined the Toronto Real Estate Board in 1990.

Seneca College Facilitator at the King City Campus and Markham Campus in the The Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP)and the Human Resources Management Certification Program.

Designed, administered and lectured numerous courses in the above noted programs over 3 years and 6 semesters. I will be participating in the roll-out of the new Leadership Development Series as a continuation of the OMD Program.

Special Accomplishments:
- On November 2006 was presented with an appreciation award by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister of Canada for a multi million dollar community construction project.
- Transformed one of Canada's largest Real Estate Developer's commercial real estate portfolios, into their most profitable through my proactive leasing and management program.
- Received an appreciation award from Canada's 2005 Men's National Soccer Champions for construction of a new astro turf training field.
- Organized and monitored the successful extraction of numerous hazardous waste spills and environmental cleanups, valued over a millions dollars.
- Managed numerous million dollar construction projects within budget and time constraints.
- In one capacity or another, helped to locate, provided proforma analysis data, constructed and managed 11 different mini storage facilities.
- Participated and served on a variety of charitable programs and committee.
