Tired of earning zero interest at the bank?

I am looking for private individual or company to provide a 400,000$ loan on a 100% occupied mechanic's garage property of 9,000ft with 3 tenants. Fully rented & unleveraged. Offering 4% interest fixed for 5yrs on ammortization of 15, 20, 25 or 30 years. Building generates 41,000$ net/yr + interest and mgmt fees (before taxes).

Interested in lending more than this? I also have a 17,000ft mechanic's property with 3 tenants that I am interested in mortgaging for 750,000$ at same rate/term. I also have a 26,000ft mechanic's property with 9 locals that I would like to borrow 1.4M$ against at same rate/term.

All 3 of these properties have great tenants, 100% occupancy, potential for significant rent increases and no liens or mortgages. All located in Montreal. Same owner for past 50 yrs. The money would be used to expand our real estate business.

Interested in loaning in US dollars? I am looking for 150,000$ mortgage for 5 years against 2 condos in Florida. Willing to pay 5% interest for 5 year term.
